Visitors!!!

Yay! Visitors! Trav's mother, Debbie, and his aunt Lori came to visit us this last week.
Once upon a time, a long time ago, Debbie and Lori booked their tickets to come out here. We were supposed to be in our new house long before they arrived. But, alas, our date had been pushed back yet again, and they arrived to spend the week as minimalists...just like us for the past few months. Oh well, they adapted easily to their beds on a couch and twin mattress (yes, the twin mattress was an upgrade we added in the last week), plastic plates, and bare walls.
Well, since we figured they didn't come to see the decor on our walls anyway, we had a great time together! Lots of shopping, laughing, and seeing random sites in Michigan. This is a picture of all of us (minus me) at a Cider Mill (I should have a whole separate blog about the cider mills here....love them)!

Holy cow, your kids are huge! You are so cute. I just read Josh your blog about Trav's sleep talking habits and we are just rolling up here! We sure miss you guys. You need to come hang out in NJ with us again so that we can see those cute boys of yours!
Cider Mills sound great! It is always nice to have family come. When will your house be done? I know what you mean about diving and mouthing. Ethan is pro at both of them! No teeth yet, but his gumming is sure fierce!
What a cute bunch! So sad that your house still isn't done--sorry to hear that! Your little Isaac is growing so quickly--as they all tend to do! Hope you are enjoying your beautiful fall weather...

Denver says that Barrett looks different -- It must be his new rockstar hairdo. Are you coming for our Annual New Years trip or what? Maybe we could put together a friends spare change jar to save up to buy you plane tickets? The bare-footed snow dash event wouldn't be the same without you!!
I love pumpkin patch pictures! Did you take some of your kids there? When is your house scheduled to be done?
Seeing pictures of cute little Issac makes me want my baby NOW!! Thursday morning at 2AM, I'll be heading to the hospital for my induction!!! unless the baby comes before then....
Wish we could have carved pumpkins with Kaleb and Barrett!!!
I can only imagine the pumkins Travis comes up with. Connor is excited because his rockets and other belonging are in route!
Oh, I just love to see autumn!! Pumpkins mean autumn. PUmpkin bread, cookies, carved pumpkins--you name it and it means autumn. Alas, I forget at times as we are here. Love the pics!!
I can't tell you how proud I am as a parent that out of the hundreds that lined up our two sweethearts were chosen as the first Asians to grace the Jean Smith Photography website . . . I'm getting teary eyed just thinking about it . . . the (sniffle) site looks (sniffle) great . . .
